While I was a Project Manager at POWERSHiFTER, TELUS engaged us to establish the vision and strategy for bringing their brand new web presence to market for TELUS Health.

Through research, interviews and prototyping, we needed to design and build a lean MVP website on a platform that we had never built on before. The site had to stay within the TELUS framework, tell the TELUS Health story, feature a variety of products and services and allow interested customers to submit their personal information for products. In addition, we had to measure, analyze and optimize key content and products as part of the website’s evolution and ensure providers/organizations had a clear path to where they should be browsing.
By continuous learning, teamwork, refinement and validation we were able to bring both personal and provider/organization based health care together and create a simple user experience.
